We reserve the right to refuse any order or to cancel any purchase, irrespective of the grounds. We also reserve the right to cancel any purchase (even on an order that we have already accepted) in the following situations (amongst others), without being held liable for any damage or costs:

- the product is not available / in stock (any payment will be refunded);
- the bank details are incorrect or unverifiable;
- the order has been detected by our security systems as an unusual order or an order which could be an act of fraud;
- we have reason to believe that the purchaser may be under the age of 16;
- the price(s) of the product(s) was/were incorrect;
- we have not been able to deliver the package to the address given.
