CUSTOMERS OF WWW.ATELIERSRUBY.COM MAY RETURN PRODUCTS DELIVERED WITHIN 30 CALENDAR DAYS AFTER DELIVERY WITHOUT GIVING A REASON, AS LONG AS:
- THE PRODUCTS ARE NOT USED IN ANY WAY
- THE PRODUCTS ARE IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING
- THE PRODUCT IS COMPLETE
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL ONLY REIMBURSE SHIPMENT FEES FOR RETURNS MADE DUE TO A QUALITY PROBLEM.
TO PROCEED:
1. FIND YOUR ORDER NUMBER OR INVOICE NUMBER.
2.WITH ONE OF THESE NUMBERS, CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE AT CUSTOMERSERVICE@ATELIERSRUBY.COM, OR BY TELEPHONE ON +33140289307. WE WILL PROVIDE A RETURN NUMBER.
3. PRODUCTS MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION, PACKED. CLEARLY IDENTIFY ITEMS TO BE RETURNED HIGHLIGHTING THE RETURN NUMBER.
4. PLEASE DISPATCH YOUR PACKAGE MAKING SURE THAT THE CARRIER HAS LOSS AND/OR DAMAGE WARRANTY (LIKE UPS, FOR EXAMPLE). WE DO NOT ACCEPT C.O.D. DELIVERIES.

5.REFUNDS FOR RETURNS WILL BE GIVEN IN THE SAME WAY AS THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT WAS MADE ONCE THE RETURNED ITEM HAS ARRIVED IN OUR DISTRIBUTION CENTER.
REFUNDS WILL BE MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE ITEM'S RETURN.
